Perched eighty meters above sea level with the horizon lingering over our table and the world at your feet you might be forgiven for thinking that we’ll never dine in such grand location ever again.
The success of Raymond’s Mediterranean cuisine at the previous Di Mare has been transplanted with ease into the new surroundings. Be sure to try the Grilled Opakapaka (caught off the waters of Bali) with tomato carpaccio or the Prawn Trio Chilled with tomato-horseradish sauce amongst many other offerings. The resort inclinator will ferry guest down to the beach and the opportunity for barbeque dining where you can pick the day’s catch from the lobster cages sunk off the Uluwatu reefs. An unusual and extreamely recommended restaurant with a location to die for.
