The interior is a light, bright, breezy and extremely classy affair with quality Modern Asian cuisine to match. The ocean facing restaurant features a stunning commitment to high end dining with meticulous consideration being given to the lunch and dinner menus by resident Executive Chef Oscar Perez and his team of culinary wunderkinds.  The mezzanine floor hosts private tables affording diners an elevated view of the ocean whilst  the main air conditioned dining room seats around ninety patrons leading out to a private number of choices from revered producers such as Taittingers, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Krug and Dom Perrignon. The Chilled and Grilled Seafood Selections are the signature dishes of the house, a selection of premium imported chilled sashimi, Tasmanian salmon and Washington oysters amongst others followedby the grilled choices of half Bali lobster, king prawn tempura with coconut milk and an exquisite Miso Marinated Butter Fish wrapped in fragrant hoba leaf.
