Fresh is Japanese cuisine with some modern twists and inventive new direction. Guests are still able to order the regular selection of Japanese favourites such as Tuna Sashimi and California Maki Rolls in confidence that they’ll be getting top notch quality, but the real allure of Fresh is in the assortment of oddball creations that tantalise and intrigue the dinner’s palate.
Take, for instance, the signature Foie Grans and Mango Sushi or the Funky Fungus Shitake Fushion Rolls and the recently added Stuffed Black Squid not to mention the Tempe Rolled in Brown Rice, a neat vegetarian option in a world of fishy delights.
